Since most of our garments are made to order and customized, our production process takes longer than ready-made fashion. We appreciate your patience while we create a piece that's tailored just for you.

Processing Time
Custom-Made Orders

Most of our collections are handcrafted and stitched after your order is confirmed.

Processing & tailoring time: 10–15 business days
During festive seasons, sale periods, or high order volumes, production may take slightly longer.

Every garment undergoes quality checks before it is packed and dispatched.

Ready to Ship Collection

Products marked "Ready to Ship" are already stitched and prepared for dispatch.

Processing time: Within 5 business days

Please note that shipping time begins only after the order has been dispatched.

Once your order is dispatched, the delivery timeline depends on your location and the courier partner.

India

For Ready to ship products

Metro Cities: 5-6 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 6-10 business days

International Orders

Estimated delivery: 12-20 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier services.
Business Days

For Custom made products

Metro Cities: 10-15 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 15-20 business days

International Orders

Estimated delivery: 20-30 business days after dispatch.

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive:

Shipping confirmation via Email or WhatsApp
Tracking number
Courier partner details

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, certain circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.

These may include:

• Heavy rainfall or severe weather conditions
• Floods, storms, or natural disasters
• Transport disruptions
• Airline or logistics delays
• Public holidays
• Government regulations or customs inspections
• Strikes or unforeseen operational issues
• Remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations

If such situations occur, we will do our best to keep you informed and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate while placing your order.

Nemali Couture cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Invalid contact details
Customer unavailability during delivery attempts

Additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect information may be the customer's responsibility.

International Orders

For international shipments:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local government charges imposed by their country.
Customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause additional delivery time.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly mentioned.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains both Ready to Ship and Custom-Made products, we may:

Ship all items together once the custom-made products are ready, or
Dispatch them separately based on availability.

The shipping method will be chosen to provide the best customer experience.

Failed Deliveries

If a shipment is returned to us because:

the customer was unavailable,
the address provided was incorrect,
the shipment was refused, or
the parcel remained unclaimed,

the customer may be required to pay the reshipping charges before the order can be sent again.

Order Cancellation

Since most of our garments are handcrafted specifically for each customer, production begins shortly after the order is confirmed.

Once tailoring has started, the order may not be eligible for cancellation. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for complete details.
